Are you tied to any vendors?
No. We are vendor-neutral and do not resell software or take referral fees. Our only incentive is the recommendation that is genuinely right for you.

How do engagements usually start?
Most clients begin with a short, fixed-scope assessment. It quantifies the opportunity and gives you a prioritized roadmap before you commit to anything larger.
How do you price your work?
Pricing depends on scope. We offer fixed-fee assessments, project-based engagements, and ongoing fractional or retainer arrangements. We will always agree on scope and price before starting.
How long does a typical engagement take?
An initial assessment is usually a few weeks. Implementation projects vary with scope, and fractional/advisory engagements run on a monthly basis for as long as they are useful.
Working together
Do you work remotely or on-site?
We are remote-first and work with clients across the United States, with on-site visits when an engagement calls for it.
How do you handle our data and access?
We use least-privilege, read-only access wherever possible, handle data securely, and are happy to work within your security and compliance requirements.
Will you implement changes, or just advise?
Both. Depending on the engagement, we either do the work directly or guide your team through it with clear ownership and milestones.
